Our client based in Paarl is looking for a Group Accountant.Applicant will be working within the group looking after a portfolio of the internal company's (group accountant).We are in the process of setting up a group accounting firm which will service external companies in the coming months. QUALIFICATIONS:BCom – Management Accounting, Finance, Accounting
CIMA, SAIPA, Tax Prac
2 years min training contract completed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Financial Accounting & Taxation
Compliance & Audit
Payroll Processing & Financial Statement Preparation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership & team management SKILL SET:
Preparation of financial statements, variance, and trend analysis.
Tax returns preparation and submission (corporate, VAT).
Audit support and internal control implementation.
Proficiency in Xero, Sage Pastel, QuickBooks, and SAP ERP.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
CIPC Submissions and B-BBEE compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Asana, and CRM dynamics.
Management of a team.
Multitasking and prioritisation.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Planning and delegating.
Analytical troubleshooting.
