Our client is looking for a Marketer (Fuel & Lubricants) to join their team in Worcester as well as Moorreesburg. The company is a trusted supplier of agricultural products and services, operating across more than 100 locations in South Africa. It offers a wide range of farming inputs, fuels, lubricants, and retail goods to commercial producers and rural communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the fuel and lubricants portfolio through customer relationship management, technical support, and market development.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fuel and lubricant sales

Implement and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plan
-
Conduct site inspections and develop tailored lubrication solutions with suppliers
-
Attend industry events to promote the fuel and lubricants offering
-
Provide functional reporting and assist with demand forecasting
-
Maintain and update CRM databases
-
Monitor execution of supplier service agreements
-
Ensure compliance with policies and external regulations
-
Perform equipment safety and maintenance inspections
-
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and stakeholders
-
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
-
Apply digital tools to enhance customer experience and business processes
Requirements:
-
Grade 12 with relevant in-house sales courses or NQF5 Diploma
-
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
