Description:
- Manage the full accounting cycle from source documentation to trial balance.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements monthly.
- Process payroll and related tax submissions accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals as needed.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial tasks.

- Bookkeeping: 5 to 6 years
- Matric and National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience managing financial records for multiple entities (advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- Own Transport and valid drivers' license
