Our client is looking for a Marketer (Fuel & Lubricants) to join their team in Keimoes. The company is a well-established provider of agricultural supplies, fuel, and lubricants, delivering practical solutions to customers across South Africa’s rural and farming communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the fuel and lubricants division, focusing on direct sales, customer engagement, and technical support in the region.
Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new fuel and lubricant customers

Execute the CRM plan and manage customer interactions
-
Offer tailored lubrication solutions via inspections and supplier input
-
Attend agricultural and producer events to promote offerings
-
Report on functional metrics and support planning activities
-
Maintain supplier service levels and CRM databases
-
Conduct equipment and site inspections for safety and maintenance
-
Cultivate and manage productive stakeholder relationships
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
-
Drive digital adoption in sales and customer engagement
Requirements:

Grade 12 with relevant in-house sales courses or NQF5 Diploma
-
At least 4 years of relevant sales/marketing experience
-
Strong communication and negotiation ability
-
Valid driver’s licence and own transport
