Description:

            • Manage the full accounting cycle from source documentation to trial balance.
            • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
            • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements monthly.
            • Process payroll and related tax submissions accurately and on time.
            • Prepare and maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and adjustments.
            • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
            • Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
            • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
            • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals as needed.
            • Support budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial tasks.

            • Matric and National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
            • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
            • Experience managing financial records for multiple entities (advantage)
            • Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
            • Own Transport and valid drivers' license
