Hire Resolve's Client is a leading player in the signage manufacturing industry, known for delivering high-quality, durable signage solutions across sectors. They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team and drive B2B sales growth, particularly within the road construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent customer service and account management.

Develop tailored signage solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay up to date with industry trends, road construction regulations, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales , ideally in signage manufacturing or related industries.

Strong understanding of the road construction sector , including project cycles and procurement processes.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
