Hire Resolve's Client is a leading player in the signage manufacturing industry, known for delivering high-quality, durable signage solutions across sectors. They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team and drive B2B sales growth, particularly within the road construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors.

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through excellent customer service and account management.

  • Develop tailored signage solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and present appropriate solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, road construction regulations, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales , ideally in signage manufacturing or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of the road construction sector , including project cycles and procurement processes.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
