Description:
Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Accurately open and maintain job cards for vehicle service and repairs. Liaise between customers and workshop technicians to ensure clear communication of customer requirements. Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle service or repair. Conduct follow-ups with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership/service centre offerings and promotions. Assist with service bookings and scheduling. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate where necessary. Ensure proper documentation and administrative procedures are followed. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service reception area.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12. At least 3 to 12 months experience in an automotive or dealership environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and organizational ability. Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude. Computer literacy (MS Office & dealership management systems an advantage). Valid drivers license (Code 08) preferred. What is offered:
