Qualifications and Skills:Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
Matric. Electrical Qualification/B Tech or similar (must have practical experience). Qualified Installation Electrician with Wiremans License. Strong administrative skills. Management Development programme will be advantageous. Valid Unendorsed Code 8 drivers License. Electrical & Solar systems and installation experience will be needed. Excellent computer skills (incl. Microsoft) Excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical design and maintenance processes. Excellent self-management.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the product and suppliers are of high quality. Oversee projects and ensure high quality standards at met. Ensure the Company complies with Health & Safety Install solar panels and systems Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts. Perform any solar/electrical relevant tasks/projects as and when required by the Company. Work with team members to complete duties as needed. Identify and resolve electrical faults. Ensure installations meet safety standards and codes. Troubleshoot and repair solar panel faults. Follow a project from beginning to end, including handover with the client.
