Our prestigious collection of ultra-luxury lodges and boutique hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.About the Role:As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of all dining operations, including à la carte, banqueting, bush dinners, wine pairings, and bar service. This leadership role requires hands-on management, staff development, inventory control, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and event catering)Lead, train, and inspire F&B service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiencesImplement and maintain SOPs for service, hygiene, and stock controlCollaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and wine pairingsHandle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure continuous service improvementManage budgets, purchasing, and cost control to optimize profitabilityUphold the brand’s reputation through a consistent luxury standard Requirements:- Minimum 3–5 years’ F&B management experience in luxury 5-star properties or game lodges
- Formal hospitality or F&B qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service

- High attention to detail, with a proactive and guest-centric mindset
- Willingness to be based in remote or lodge environments
