Required qualification
  • Senior Matric Certificate
  • Tertiary advantageous
  • Experience in MS Excel Experience required
  • 2 years short term related experience
  • Experience in MS Excel

Role purpose
  • The Claims Administrators will be assisting with processing short term claims.
  • Manage and maintain the customer relationship and meet various

KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance within the claims process. Key Performance Areas
  • Registering claims & liaising with Assessors, stores and internal supply chain on claim fulfilment
  • Loading tasks and ensuring they are continuously updated.
  • Assist with stock management for insurance and stock related administration
  • Updating client files and data administration on CRM System.
  • Follow up & provide feedback to clients.
  • Accurate and timeous communication & relationship building.
  • Handling claims queries & general enquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance in the claims process.
  • Reviewing policies at renewal stage Inhouse servicing and amendments.
  • Liase with insurance partner on various compliance and administrative issues
  • Ensure internal claim fulfilment and processing, including finance implications
  • Manage communication with all parties involved in claims fulfilment
  • Application of policy terms and conditions
  • Recoveries & Settlements.- communicate the excess required to be
