Description:

Key Responsibilities :

1. Order Processing & Data Capturing:

  • Accurately capture and process customer and internal orders in the relevant systems
  • Ensure all order details (quantities, product codes, delivery instructions) are correctly entered and verified
  • Liaise with customers or internal teams to confirm order information and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate picking slips and ensure alignment with dispatch plans
  • Update order statuses and maintain order logs in real-time

2. Documentation & Administrative Support:

  • Receive, verify, scan, and file proof of delivery (POD) documents and other logistics paperwork
  • Assist with compiling and filing delivery notes, invoices, and other warehouse records
  • Support accurate data entry of stock movements, delivery schedules, and related transactions
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Warehouse Manager and support departments as needed

3. Communication & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with transport, dispatch, and receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding order progress or delays
  • Escalate order or system issues for resolution when necessary
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Work overtime when required

  • Communication Skills And Administration: 5 to 6 years
  • Computer Skills (Windows): 5 to 6 years
        • Grade 12 / Matric
        • 5 years’ experience in order administration or data capturing (preferably in a warehouse/logistics environment)
        • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, and WMS systems)
        • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
        • Excellent communication and administrative skills
        • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
      • Grade 12 / Matric
      • 5 years’ experience in order administration or data capturing (preferably in a warehouse/logistics environment)
