My client, well established fruit exporter based in Somerset West is looking for a Export and Sales Administrator with relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in logistics or similar to join their dynamic team. Skills and Requirements:- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics or Commerce would be preferential
- Experience in an export environment is advantageous
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Sound administrative and organizational skills.
- Work well in a team environment
- Accuracy and attention
- Manage client records in collaboration with the Export Managers
- Processing orders and coordinating with logistics team
- Create and control all export documentation in accordance with relevant Work Instruction
- General Export sales and Admin duties
- Invoicing and assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
