Are you passionate about mobile technology and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for an iOS Technician to carry out iOS device repairs in line with Apple’s authorised service provider (AASP) standards and turnaround times. Your work will ensure our customers experience world-class service and support.
Key responsibilities include:

Completing repairs within the turnaround time specified by Apple

Accurately documenting each repair according to AASP guidelines

Providing clear and timely feedback to customers and team members
Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

A relevant IT technical qualification

At least 2 years’ experience in mobile hardware repair
