Description:
Key Responsibilities Include:- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- GRN processing on stock arrival
- Follow-ups on stock discrepancies
- Issuing and managing production job cards
- Communication with the production team
- Loading the bill of materials
- Stock write-offs, adjustments & transfers
- Opening stock codes & managing cost changes
- Handling returns, reworks, and decanting
- Invoicing processes
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Syspro experience is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail
