Full financial reporting function, including consolidations and AFS Strategic budgeting and forecasting across divisions Driving system integration and streamlining financial processes Overseeing project-based financial management and profitability tracking Partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives Education:
CA(SA) qualification essential Further studies or short courses in systems or project management would be advantageous Job Experience & Skills required:
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering Exposure to project environments and system integrations Proven experience in leading finance teams and aligning reporting to group standards Strong leadership presenceable to stand your ground, take ownership, and influence at executive level Big-picture thinker with high accountability and a passion for continuous improvement
