- 5/7 years Experienced in Property
- Financial Management and reporting of the Company's Property Portfolio of 30 Properties.
- Prerequisite must have MRI/MDA Skills
- Bcomm degree
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Financial Analysis
- System and Process Improvements
- Regulatory Compliance
Salary: R40 000/R50 000pm based on exp
