Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Filing Clerk to assist in managing and organizing documents. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and possess neat handwriting to ensure that all filing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain physical filing systems. Sort, categorize, and file documents according to established protocols. Ensure that all documents are properly labelled and stored. Retrieve and archive files as needed. Collaborate with property manager to streamline filing processes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Neat and legible handwriting. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Experience in a property environment would be an advantage.
