Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender based in Cape Town. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. The Bartender will also assist with food and beverage service and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Food & Beverage and Bartending skills
Experience in Cash Handling
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Barista skills essential
Shift work from 6:30am -15:30 / 15:00-00:00
