Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage cost accounting, inventory controls, and product costing to drive efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong financial governance.
Implement and enhance ERP systems and financial controls across the business.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
