Description:
Job Purpose:
Drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients in both government and private sectors. Promote all services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, Backup, and Microsoft Services, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and new business acquisition.
Minimum Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field Certification in sales or account management is an advantageMinimum Desired Experience:
8-10 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services (End user devices, Boardroom equipment, end user resources etc.) 6-8 years Extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry Business development experience Proven track record of success in managing government and private sector accounts. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, and Microsoft solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both government and private sectors Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations Regularly meet with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutionsSales and Business Development:
Drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets Promote all services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, Backup, Microsoft Services, and Support Services Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutionsAccount Growth and Retention:
Expand service offerings within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to secure long-term partnerships Conduct regular reviews with clients to measure satisfaction and identify additional needsMarket and Sector Focus:
Develop a deep understanding of the government and private sector landscapes Stay informed about industry trends, government procurement processes, and private sector opportunities Tailor sales strategies to align with the unique requirements of each sectorReporting and Analytics:
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and account growth metrics Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on account activities an
