Description:
We're looking for a candidate to work in Internal Sales Administration at this international engineering company which is involved in the manufacture, sales and fitting of conveyor belting to many different sectors (printing and packaging, FMCG, the airport). They need someone to be the go-between person operating between the customers, external sales, the workshop and cash sales. The job would involve client invoicing and client liaison, work orders, quotations, etc. Accurate stock control administration and entering data on the stock management system is an important part of the role too.
Must be suitably computer literate and excellent with people. Good attention to detail, excellent English grammar and spelling in order to correspond professionally with clients verbally and via email. Salary level is around R14 000 - R16 000 negotiable depending on relevant experience and skills. The package would include an annual 13th cheque, medical aid and retirement annuity benefits.
