HEAD CHEF
An exceptional opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Head Chef to join our Estate in Gauteng region.
Position Requirements:
• Previous experience in a busy upmarket establishment (approx. 80 seats) in the position of Sous chef or Head chef
• Previous experience in working in an open kitchen will be an advantage
• Excellent culinary skills with a particular flair for Italian food
• High focus on customer satisfaction
• Impeccable health and hygiene standards
• Excellent supplier relationships
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate and discipline a small team
• A person with an impeccable sense of responsibility
