Warehouse Mnagement System Consultant
Area; Midrand
Salary; R70 000 - R95 000 depending on experience
Working hours; 9am - 5 p/m (40 hours per week)
This is an urgent position and candidates who are available immediately will be preferred
Brief Description of the vacancy
Looking for a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Management System Consultant to join the team and support the implementation and ongoing support of the WMS software and solutions. The role requires a combination of warehousing industry knowledge, systems knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills, and will suit someone who understands warehouse or supply chain environments and is comfortable engaging with clients at both operational and technical levels. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Johannesburg, with some travel required to client locations, although will consider candidates from other areas of South Africa if they are perfect for the role.
Minimum Requirements
Own Vehicle and valid drivers
5 years plus experience in Supply chain
5 years plus experience in a similar role to (Warehouse Management Systems Consultant
5 years plus experience implementing WMS solutions
5 years plus experience working with warehouse technology and automation
Must have had expose to software configuration or solution design in a logistics context
Must have experience and knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Must have experience with SQL
