Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Durban. Job Responsibilities: Utilise data modelling techniques to enhance operational processes and efficiency. Communicate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and implement robust improvement measures. Oversee the implementation of new technology and ensure systems alignment. Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions. Establish dashboards for data analysis, enabling continuous improvement solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. Develop and document process flows for operational processes. Create documentation outlining proposed changes and implementation steps. Review internal and customer performance trends, providing management with detailed reports. Job Requirements: Senior Certificate (Matric) National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology /Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/ Computer Science /Business Administration /Business Analysis or a similar technical qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment Proven track record in managing manufacturing outputs with the lean manufacturing environment Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (advantageous). Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate level). Strong Microsoft 365 skills. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. SECTOR: Automotive
