- Grade 12
- 23 years of relevant experience in a cellar environment
- A valid forklift license will be to your advantage
- SKOP 1, 2, and 3 will be to your advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the winemaking process
- Willingness to work overtime, night shift, and over weekends when operationally requiredDUTIES:
- Wine cellar activities
- General cellar work
- Health & safety and housekeeping according to audit compliance
- Assisting with bottling and labelling
- Forklift driver for the store area
