Duties:
Oversee and maintain accurate financial controls across the organization. Conduct detailed analysis and reviews of the balance sheet, identifying risks and ensuring completeness and accuracy. Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and forecasting. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and align financial goals. Contribute to budgeting, planning, and performance analysis within the retail space
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) essential! Experience: Strong background in wholesale/retail finance and at least 1-2 years of post-articles knowledge. Solid understanding of financial controls and balance sheet management.
