Territory Sales Manager Golf Market EMEAThe Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will lead golf irrigation business development efforts across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). This senior-level position focuses on identifying and converting opportunities in golf course construction, renovation, and consulting, with an emphasis on irrigation and pump station solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in the golf industry, ideally with a background in design or consulting, Africa, UAE etc.
Requirements:
Background in golf course design, construction, agronomy, or irrigation consulting. Prior experience working with or specifying high-end irrigation/pumping systems. Multilingual (French, Arabic, German, or Portuguese) is a bonus. Comfortable navigating procurement and contracting processes in international markets. Develop and implement sales strategies targeting new golf course developments, renovations, and irrigation upgrades across EMEA. Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals: Golf course architects & designers; irrigation consultants and agronomists; golf course superintendents and owners; and installing contractors and distributors. Collaborate with the Africa and USA teams on system design, pricing, and proposal development. Deliver technical presentations and consultative sales support to stakeholders across various markets. Attend and represent the company at industry expos, trade events, and site visits. Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and report regularly to both SA and US-based leadership. 10+ years of experience in the golf industry, with strong exposure to irrigation systems, pump stations, or consulting. Demonstrated ability to generate and manage projects across international territories, particularly within EMEA. Solid technical understanding of golf course irrigation systems, water management, and pumping technologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Independent and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Valid passport and drivers license required.
