Minimum requirements:
Matric
Fluent in Afrikaans and English Valid drivers license and own vehicle Proficient in Microsoft Office, MedeMass, MediSwitch Previous working experience with medical aids, billing A background in medical practice will be advantageousSkills required:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Knowledge of medical billing and accounts management Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionDuties and responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments and debt collections Communicate with medical funds to verify claims and ensure accurate billing and payments Process invoices, payments, and financial records in an accurate and timely manner Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating visits as needed Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies Maintain and update financial databases and reports Assist w
