Responsibilities:Cultivate and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams and knowledge experts Develop value-added solutions including network diagrams and cost-benefit proposals Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account transition and ongoing support Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CRM systems Support account transitions, AR collection, and credit setup for new customers Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Meet and exceed individual sales budgets and performance KPIs
Required Skills and Experience:
A solid understanding of the trade and logistics market At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for organization Great with people you know how to build relationships and communicate effectively Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Results-driven, with a real sense of urgency when it comes to meeting goals Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
