What You'll Be Doing:- Leading and coordinating testing activities across projects
- Designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and strategies
- Overseeing defect management and ensuring timely resolutions
- Mentoring and supporting a team of Testers
- Collaborating with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure quality deliverables
What We're Looking For:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Experience managing or mentoring QA team members
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement
