Responsibilities include designing and implementing software solutions, leading small development pods, conducting peer reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Skills & Experience:
Solid experience with C# and ASP.NET, with a strong focus on web client development
Excellent knowledge of client-side technologies: JavaScript (Angular/React/Vue), TypeScript, and CSS
Proven formal software development experience, with a passion for coding
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and coding principles
Good knowledge of SQL Server and relevant ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework)
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, GitExtensions)
Ability to follow existing frameworks, patterns, and architectures while adding value
Capability to translate business feedback into working software solutions
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
Disciplined self-starter, able to work autonomously in a remote environment
Strong collaboration skills, comfortable pairing with developers via video calls
Willingness to learn new technologies and mentor junior developers
Advantageous: Financial industry background or experience with Azure services
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or proven experience-based equivalent
