Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions and analyse data, conduct root cause analysis, and generate proposals to improve data quality, access, and management.
Are you someone who has:
A deep understanding of the various data sources. Systems and data fields to analyse the quality of data. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and generate proposals to improve data quality, access, and management. A combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, and project and relationship management skills, the incumbent will extract reporting requirements from business and deliver on this. Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for enabling the Data Quality and Metadata disciplines across the company. This entails assisting business units in their understanding of the requirements of these disciplines and providing guidance and advice to them on how they can meet the organisation's requirements regarding these two disciplines. Responsible for providing operational support for the users of the Platform, and the capabilities that are enabled on the platform. These capabilities are not only for data quality and metadata management, but for other disciplines such as records management and data privacy and protection, as well as capabilities that support the organisation's data and analytics strategy. Optimisation, cleanups, testing of patches and upgrades, and implementing new functionality. Work on projects related to both discipline enablement, and the implementation of new capabilities on the Platform.

Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Advanced Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Experience Required
2/3 years data analysis experience. Solid understanding and working knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL, SAS, etc.), data structure, data quality strategies and experience analysing large volumes of data.
