Description:
Minimum requirements:Matric with a minimum average of 85% (non-negotiable). A copy of the matric certificate is required. BEng or BSc degree (excluding BTech) in Engineering specifically in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aeronautical, or Industrial Engineering or a BCom degree. Please note: Chemical and Civil Engineering qualifications are not considered. Recent graduates are preferred, as this is an entry-level position. The preferred age range is between 23 and 28 years. Experience in project or business management (advantageous). Be willing to travel internationally and hold a valid passport. Show adequate IT proficiency. Have own reliable transport. Market Analysis: Research and analyse market trends to identify and anticipate potential opportunities for international growth. Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings, both foreign and domestic. High-Level Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain high-level relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide the most suitable solutions. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. Solution Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor products or services that meet client specifications across various international markets. Proposal Development: Create and present proposals that demonstrate the value of the companys offerings. Develop a growth strategy focused on both company and client satisfaction, ensuring financial feasibility. Prepare contracts once clients have committed to a product or service, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and compliance with relevant legislation. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment across all projects. Project Management: Initiate, plan, implement, and monitor projects through to closure, from initial conception to final delivery following client engagement. Provide reliable feedback and post-project support to clients once the product or service has been delivered.
