Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a creative and performance-minded Digital Marketing Content Designer to craft compelling, visually-led content across email, paid media, web, and social channels. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to design with purpose—balancing brand expression with marketing outcomes.
As a Digital Marketing Content Designer at WBWR, you’ll bring campaign ideas to life through beautiful, functional design that’s tailored for digital performance. You’ll work closely with strategists, developers, and marketers to ensure every asset is optimized for engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing content across email campaigns, landing pages, display ads, paid social, and website elements .
- Ensure all creative assets follow each brand’s visual guidelines while achieving marketing objectives.
- Translate performance data and strategic briefs into engaging visual narratives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, performance marketers, and UX designers to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Design and prepare creative assets for use across platforms like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CMS tools.
- Maintain design consistency and pixel-perfect execution across deliverables.
- Stay informed on best practices for content performance in ecommerce and digital marketing environments.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital content design, preferably within an ecommerce or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma .
- Strong portfolio of digital marketing content, including email design, ads, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance goals (CTAs, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness).
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, design for web/mobile, and best practices for conversion-driven creative.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, deadlines, and client accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience designing for Shopify , Webflow , or other CMS/ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
- Animation or motion graphics experience (After Effects or similar).
- Familiarity with A/B testing or data-informed creative iteration.
