Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Grade B Security Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing access control.
Duties Include:
- Supervise and lead lower-grade officers (Grade C)
- Manage access control and CCTV monitoring
- Conduct site patrols and incident reporting
- Maintain safety and security of premises
- Handle emergency situations with calm and authority
- Ensure compliance with security protocols
Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA Grade B Certificate
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Clean criminal record
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
