We’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven Service Manager to lead and coordinate a technical service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth departmental operations, customer satisfaction, contract oversight, technical team performance, and service process optimization. A balance of technical knowledge, team management, and administrative capability is essential. Qualifications & Experience- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3–5 years in a service or technical management role
- Degree or diploma in Management, Business, or a technical field
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
