We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys translating business needs into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimise processes through data analysis and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Design and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions that enable self-service and data-driven decisions.

Build and manage efficient data pipelines and views to meet evolving business needs.

Extract and analyse data using SQL, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Evaluate and improve business processes through analysis, automation, and best practice recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
-
4–6 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics or a similar field.

Strong SQL skills (MS SQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL).

Advanced Power BI capabilities (including DAX, Power Query, custom visuals).
-
Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA).
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration tools is beneficial.

Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics or a related field (Honours preferred).

CBAP or similar certification is advantageous.
