Description:
Job Purpose:
To complete ISIS calls within the SLA. To maintain all iMas workstations according to best practice and ensuring that all IT equipment is in working order.
Job Outputs:
- Trouble shooting and / or solution and / or completion of incidents within SLA.
- Escalate incidents to third level support.
- Management feedback and reporting upon request
- Trouble shooting and / or solution and / or completion of incidents within SLA.
- Escalate incidents to third level support.
- Management feedback and reporting upon request.
- Planning and roll out of a new site.
- Hardware and Software Projects as business requirements and SLA.
- Workstation set-up ,image set-up and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Certificate - A+; MCP
- Certificate -ITIL knowledge; N+ Qualification; MCSE
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ applicable experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge: Understanding of all aspects relating to IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Servers, Desktops, Security, Telecoms, Microsoft, UNIX); Working and current knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems and MS Shrinkwrap Application; Problem solving skills & Analytical skills; Technological acumen; Project Management Skills (Ability to work in Project Teams); Customer Relations.Requirements:
