Description:
- Processing payroll (Manual/system-based)
- Distributing payslips on a monthly basis;
- Posting payroll to the general ledger;
- Reconciliations of employees accounts monthly;
- Resolving issues employees have on payslips and other payroll matters;
- SARS year-end and mid-year reconciliations and printing of IRP5;
- Remuneration and benefits administration with the prescripts of the Policies, Statutory
- Legislation, Taxation and relevant Acts;
- Ensure all statutory payments are processed at stipulated time lines (i.e UIF and BCCEI declarations)
- Must have basic knowledge of Human Resources and background;
- Must have knowledge and competency in SAGE Business Cloud Payroll
- Professional and Microsoft Office;
- Must have accounting Technical Skills
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, time management skills and be disciplined;
- Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to learn;
- Possess work ethic and etiquette;
- Uphold professionalism at all times and
- Must be willing to learn and familiarize with the Company’s financial and HR policy manuals.
- Must prepare monthly and quarterly reports to Senior Management.
