Junior Quantity Surveyor – Process Engineering Firm Airport Industria, Cape Town- Our Client is a dynamic and growing process engineering firm based in Airport Industria, Cape Town, and they are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
- Estimating and pricing
- Understanding P&IDs
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Monitor project progress and prepare monthly valuations
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (internships and graduate placements will be considered)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
