Position Title: Corporate Sales Representative
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Location: Vaal Region
Salary: Negotiable

The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for driving business development by identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities. This role requires an individual who is skilled in networking, relationship building, solution selling, and customer experience, with a strong drive to exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through consistent engagement and understanding of client needs.
  • Promote and sell a range of products and services, including Office Automation, Software, CCTV, Access Control, Alternative Energy, and Voice & Data.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Support and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and technological developments.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the sales cycle and reporting.
  • Participate in promotional events such as customer functions and corporate days.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (required).
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development and corporate sales, with a proven success record.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Office Automation, Software Solutions, Access Control, CCTV, Alternative Energy, or Telecommunications.
  • Formal references or recommendations are advantageous.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong face-to-face and telephonic customer engagement abilities.
  • Confident presenter with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Well-organized with exceptional planning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Presentable, professional demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (essential).
  • Own cellphone (required).

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 07:30 – 16:30
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Regular travel required for client visits.
