Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Lead and manage large-scale structural engineering projects across all phases.
· Define clear project scopes, realistic timelines, and achievable deliverables, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives, with a primary focus on the structural aspects.
· Approve critical structural designs, intricate calculations, and detailed specifications to uphold the highest standards of technical excellence in structural engineering.
· Develop and implement innovative and effective structural solutions for intricate engineering challenges.
· Conduct advanced and in-depth structural analyses.
· Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and industry best practices for all structural engineering projects.
· Implement robust strategies to mitigate potential project risks related to structural integrity through comprehensive proactive analysis and meticulous planning.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus (Essential); a Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a significant advantage.
· ECSA Professional Registration.
· 10 - 15 years experience in structural engineering, with a significant portion dedicated to project leadership roles.
· Exceptional leadership, strong organizational prowess, and proven client management skills, specifically within the structural engineering domain.
