Hire Resolve’s client , a reputable and rapidly expanding grocery retail chain, is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple store locations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance across locations.

Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Oversee staff management including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluations.

Monitor inventory, merchandising, and stock control to ensure optimal product availability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic and customer retention.

Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the retail or grocery sector.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of retail management best practices.

Proficient in MS Office and retail management software (e.g., POS systems).

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
-
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
