Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Process and file delivery notes, invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist with stock control, data entry, and inventory system updates.
  • Schedule and track deliveries and collections, ensuring proper coordination with transport providers.
  • Liaise with warehouse team leaders and logistics staff to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Generate regular warehouse reports including stock levels, order status, and discrepancies.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general warehouse administration duties.
