Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Operational Digital Marketing Assistant / Traffic Manager to help coordinate the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, content production, and cross-team deliverables. You’ll be at the core of our daily operations—ensuring tasks are properly briefed, timelines are realistic, and teams are aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Traffic & Task Coordination: Manage the internal flow of work between creative, strategy, content, and media teams, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
- Campaign Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking the delivery of marketing campaigns, across email, social, paid media, and web.
- Calendar & Workflow Oversight: Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and production schedules, helping flag potential resource or delivery bottlenecks.
- Platform Support: Upload and schedule content or assets across tools like Klaviyo, CMS platforms, and ad managers as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Support QA checks on deliverables (copy, links, formatting, functionality) before deployment.
- Team Communication: Act as a central point for daily operational updates, briefings, and reminders—ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.
- Reporting Support: Help gather and organize performance data and campaign summaries for internal use or client reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, traffic management, or production support (agency or in-house).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing processes and tools, especially in content and performance marketing.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams or task streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and reliable, with a “get-it-done” attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, email marketing, or content scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows, particularly on platforms like Shopify.
