Level: Entry to Junior (02 years of experience)

What Youll Be Doing:
Data Analysis & Exploration: Clean, prepare, and analyze large datasets from various financial domains. Identify patterns and derive insights using statistical methods and tools like Python, R, or SAS. Model Development: Build and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast financial metrics like customer behaviour, risk, and return. Visualization & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Project Support & Collaboration: Partner with experienced consultants across multidisciplinary teams to support client projects, contribute to deliverables, and gain hands-on experience in financial consulting. Learning & Growth: Engage in continuous learning through training, mentorship, and development plans to fast-track your career in analytics.
What Were Looking For:
Masters Degree in Data Science or Analytics (progress toward a PhD is a plus) 02 years of practical experience in data science or machine learning Strong programming skills in Python or R Solid understanding of statistical analysis and ML algorithms Familiarity with cloud tools (AWS, and Azure), big data platforms (Spark, and Hadoop), and deep learning frameworks Comfort with financial datasets and modelling techniques (e.g., time series, and pricing models) is advantageous Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualisation tools
