Key Responsibilities
Sourcing top-quality candidates for temporary, contract and permanent placements Interviewing candidates and compiling professional CVs Conducting reference, credit, criminal, and qualification checks Advertising jobs on multiple platforms and managing ad responses Keeping the database updated with candidates and job specs General admin duties, including record-keeping for temp and contract staff Communicating with clients and candidates professionally and promptly Providing after-hours assistance for urgent temp bookings (when needed) Processing and checking weekly wages for temps Assisting with telemarketing and client visits to help grow our client base (later stage)Minimum Requirements
Matric is essential At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR 1 year admin support experience (non-negotiable) Sales or telemarketing experience (advantageous) Excellent written and spoken English Tech-savvy, confident with online platforms and databases Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive, team-oriented attitudeIf you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that makes an impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.
