We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to organise and oversee the design and manufacture of our wide range of electromechanical steel products. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of production and the quality of output to schedule and budget.
We expect you to have an in-depth knowledge of efficient production processes. The ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.
The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive design and manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
