Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive follow-up Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand and support project requirements Stay informed on the latest product innovations, industry trends, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients Respond promptly to inbound leads by setting up meetings and identifying customer needs Proactively engage with existing clients while sourcing and securing new business opportunities Handle incoming product and service queries with professionalism and product knowledge Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and activities in the CRM system on a daily basis Grow the client base by generating leads, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts and networks Prepare quotes and proposals accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring they align with client requirements Conduct thorough after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business Leverage existing company clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities Develop a deep understanding of the companys product and service offerings Provide consultative support to industry professionalsincluding architects, electricians, engineers, and project managersensuring appropriate solutions are offered Maintain strong market awareness, including competitor activities and emerging opportunities Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.
Salary: Basic salary plus commission and company fuel.
