REQUIREMENTS:Min 10 years administrative and reception experience Mac computer experience advantageous Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role Excellent communication skills, English and Afrikaans Friendly and kind communication skills Ability to liaise easily with patients and look after their needs DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls for the practice Managing the Doctors diary and scheduling of meetings Setting up appointments for patients Attending immediately to the Doctors urgent requests & requirements Dealing with enquiries from patients and problem-solving when needed Assisting patients with settlement and payment of their accounts Notifying patients when their medication has arrived Handling petty cash Working as part of a team with the other staff in a busy practice Typing of correspondence All ad-hoc duties pertaining to the administration running of the practice General administration dutiesSalary: R15,000 ctc dependent on experience
